At Books2Door, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
